Some people say that the fight against weight gain and obesity is a mind-over-matter affair, which might not be entirely off the mark. After all, when we are stressed or depressed, we might unconsciously let ourselves choose the double cheeseburger over the salad, or the large soda over water or a natural fruit juice. But, of course, we all know that there are things we need to do physically to see the results we want in the long run.
You need to exercise, for one, since a sedentary lifestyle will breed weight gain in no time. You also might want to take a natural supplement that contains a proven appetite suppressant like Hoodia, in addition to a powerful fat burner like Advantra-Z — a supplement called Nuphedrine fits these requirements. Hoodia has been shown to suppress appetite in many studies, and it’s great because it’s all-natural. Advantra-Z, a fat burner, is also natural, as it is the only known patented form of Bitter Orange Extract at this time.

I think one of the tougher things to overcome on our weight loss journey is the cravings for the unhealthiest foods — which seem to strike just when we thought we had it under control. Perhaps stress is what sets off our cravings, or maybe it’s an emotional reaction that triggers the desires for an extra-large sundae with all the toppings. What can we do about this to finally get over the hump?
A product called FBCX claims to have the answer: a fiber-based formula to induce a feeling of fullness. The concept entails filling our system with fiber, which will expand on contact with water and, ideally, make us feel full. However, this idea pales in comparison to a more proven method of appetite suppression such as supplements based on Hoodia. This cactus-based extract contains P57, a molecule that sends signals to the brain that we are feeling full, even if little has been eaten.

It is not that uncommon to find weight loss products geared towards men on the one hand, or towards women on the other. Many of these supplements, programs and fitness products tend to cite studies and other forms of research to justify the merits of a gender-specific product, but are we really convinced? Conventional wisdom suggests that both males and females have a handful of basic needs, so the answer is probably no.
At EstrinD com we see a supplement that is advertised exclusively to menopausal women, who might have specific health needs. However, I’m not sure that a formula loaded with Caffeine and other stimulants will solve women’s — or anyone’s — weight loss problems. The product contains pure Caffeine in addition to Guarana and Kola Nut — both of which contain additional amounts of Caffeine.
